Traditional in-network PT clinics are structured around insurance requirements. This means shorter visits, the therapist seeing more people alongside you, sometimes 3-4 people at once. Treatment plans (number of visits and type of treatment) is dictated by billing and insurance, rather than individualized care and what you may need. Most times only one body part can be treated at a time.

At Paglia Rehab, I’ve created an entirely different experience, centered around you.

Every session is dedicated exclusively to you. You work with me 1:1, you’re not passed between other providers or aides. Your treatment is individualized, hands-on, and tailored to your goals, body, and its needs. This allows us to:

As a mobile practice, we bring PT directly to your home, office, or gym. No arranging childcare, waiting rooms, commuting, rushed appointments, or a busy clinic environment. Care in your own environment allows treatment to be:

• more comfortable

• more effective because we can evaluate movement, habits, ergonomics, daily activities in the spaces they happen. Same for sport and performance goals- sessions can take place at the gym, golf course, pickleball/tennis court, basketball court etc so we can see you in the action of your sport

60 minute sessions allow us for plenty of time for:

• education and recovery planning

• thorough evaluations

• hands-on treatment

Out-of-Network, but to YOUR benefit

For most commercial insurance plans, we operate as an out-of-network practice, which gives us the freedom to prioritize quality of care over insurance-driven treatment restrictions

Please note: Paglia Rehab is only in-network with Traditional Medicare Part B. We are not in-network with Medicare Advantage plans or other commercial insurance plans.

Many clients are surprised to learn that out of network care can still be affordable. We provide detailed superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits
