In order to provide high level individualized care, I am an out of network provider with all commercial health insurances. I accept private, direct pay for interested clients. These costs for services may be reimbursed by your insurance if you have out of network benefits.
I am proudly a contracted, in network provider with Medicare. Most of my patients with Medicare have only a small copay, or pay nothing at all for physical therapy services. I do not charge a travel fee for providing these services in home vs in clinic.
